Weird Little Worlds is welcoming veteran poet, Robert Beveridge, to the Weird fold today.
Robert has been publishing his work for over 30 years and one of those poems has found its way into Playlist of the Damned. We’re thrilled to share his voice and talent with you.
Robert has worked as a media critic and has also been a member of several bands over the years. He currently lives and works in Akron, Ohio as a computer programmer and professional noisemaker. He enjoys reading, cooking, gaming, and especially hanging out with his son.
We feel his son has a future as his dad’s PR manager. He even provided us with a recent author photo entitled “Zombie Dad.” It’s pretty good, don’t you think?
Robert actually had two choices for the song to represent himself and his work. The first, Slow Head’s “Remnant of Foxblur” (from Veins, 2011) proved to be difficult to find on the internet. How weird is that? He graciously provided us with a backup choice: Slow Head’s Beles.
The Weird Team is comprised of several unhinged individuals that have a love of life and a lust for adventure. They scour the world to find the strangest, scariest, and most wonderful news in the universe.
