Weird Little Worlds Press’s newest Kickstarter, MOTHER: TALES OF LOVE AND TERROR, is set to launch on April 8, 2022! The pre-launch page is also available now. We can’t wait to show you the additional goals and rewards, introduce you to the invited authors and editors, and give you a sneak peak at the artists set to illustrate the anthology—their work is so beautiful it’s scary!
These stories include mother heroes, evil mothers, creatures that breed infinitely and with insatiable hunger. Even though these stories are meant to make the hair on the back of your neck stand up, they are all hand-chosen by the Weird Team, meaning that the content will be free of gratuitous language, sexuality, and violence.
There are packages for every level of support, and we have included a special MOTHER’S DAY package this year. Provided the Kickstarter funds by April 15th, anyone who backs our special MOTHER’S OWN or MOTHER’S FAVORITE packages will get their reward shipped to them BEFORE the Kickstarter ends.
MOTHER: TALES OF LOVE AND TERROR will feature some of our favorite authors including Brian Evenson, Gabino Iglesias, Christina Sng, and many more. The project will be funded on Kickstarter starting April 8th and concluding on Mother’s Day, May 8th at 2pm MST.
